The Sekondi Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly has held its maiden management meeting for the year, 2023. The meeting has chaired by the metro chief executive Hon. Abdul Mumin Issah and HOD in the attendance the metro coordinating director, the metro directors of health and education and other heads of the decentralized departments. Addressing the meeting, the mayor formally welcomed heads of department back from the Christmas and new year holidays and reminded them of the task ahead as managements

He took management through his vision for the year 2023, the highlight of it being enhancing revenue generation as a means to equipping the assembly financially and meet developmental needs of the metropolis. He also remarked that the success of his administration have and will always be largely dependent on the cooperation of heads of department. This Metro Coordinating Director, speaking on behalf of Heads assured the Mayor of full support from management, adding that the success of the Assembly was a recipe for the wellbeing of the Metropolis.
