The Metropolitan Mayor of Sekondi Takoradi Hon. Abdul- Mumin Issah on Thursday, 20th October,2022 together with the Metro Director of Education Mrs. Sally Nelly Coleman and other Officers from the Assembly and Metro Education Directorate visited some Centers to monitor the ongoing 2022 Basic Education Certificate Examinations in the Metropolis. The Team visited seven (7) Centers including Ahantaman Girls, Archbishop Porter Girls and St John’s Senior High Schools.
As at the time the team visit, no examination malpractices had been recorded in all centers. The Hon. MCE at all centers advised the students not to panic but bring out their best to enable them get their first-choice schools. He assured them of the Government’s readiness to ensure that every one of them who qualifies will benefit from the FREE -SHS programme. He wished them the best in the remaining papers.
